Add your whole roster from a spreadsheet

1. Open Roster and press Add from a list.
2. Copy the columns out of your spreadsheet and paste them, or choose a .csv file. Columns: Name, Email, Phone, Instrument, Chair. A header row with those names can be in any order; Phone and Chair can be blank.
3. Press Check the list. GLAR shows who will be added, who is already on the roster, and any line it can't use, in red.
4. Leave Email each new player a link to check their own details ticked if you want them to fill in their phone and what else they play, then press Add.

Instruments it understands: guitar, keys, bass, drums, vocals, alto, tenor, bari, sax, trumpet, trombone, bass trombone, and sound or roadie for crew. Youth groups add players one at a time, with a parent or guardian.
